Founded in Mumbai in 1981, initially formed as a partnership firm with the name and style as “KALPANA BUILDERS” was converted in to a Private Limited firm in the said name & style in the year 1989. Kalpana Struct-Con Pvt. Ltd. is a premier construction company in Navi Mumbai with high profile legacy of engineering marvels that scarf the western skies throughout the length and breath of Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Gujrat.

Driving the company forward, in the highly competitive market, with a quantum growth rate is our extremely capable knowledgeable and dedicated team headed by the Project Co-ordinators who manages a highly organised team of project managers, project engineers, site supervisors and strong work force. Purchase and finance are ably managed by our accounts and purchase team lead by our finance head.

Mr. Ramesh has over 25 years of experience in the field of construction, real estate development and project management. He has executed several reputed projects during his career and has been responsible for coordinating design development, planning as well as project management. As a leader his motto is to always contribute towards the growth of the organisation through innovation.

Mr. Pathik Thumar

Growing up, Mr.Pathik Thumar had no doubts in his mind as to what he would eventually become. Today he leads the Real Estate division with the same feel for flamboyance and the same eye for detail as his father.

Mr. Mahesh Thumar

He joined the buiness in the year 1992, after completion of diploma in electronics from Mumbai University and focus his skills on responsibly function the day to day activities of the corporation. With the experience of many years and overall knowledge of the business he foresights how smaller pieces fit into the bigger picture.

Mr. Mansukh B Thumar

Director

Mr. Mansukh Thumar is the Director of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He has executed varied projects and has 25 years of experience of working in the construction industry. His leadership skills have enabled the company to execute complex projects successfully.

Mr. Ajit Thumar

A talented young commerce graduate manages the financial operations of the company with a sharp eye on the overheads and economics of the company. He ensure that we keep our promise being and economically right decision for our clients.

Mr. Rajanikant Thumar

He joined the business in 2001,his experience of over 10 years in the industry extends to the independent supervision of the construction of industrial, residential and commercial buildings.

Mr. Jagdish Thumar

Chief Executing Officer & Chief Technical Officer

A diploma Civil engineer, he is singularly responsible in keeping the company miles ahead of competition sheerly on the force of his path breaking techniques in the company’s business interest. He handles all excution related matters on a day to day basis for the smooth functioning of the company.

Mr. Harshad Thumar

Director Administration

A result oriented commerce graduate, joined the company in 1990 and focused his skills on overall site management and developing the business to great extent. He supervises the workforce and technical requirements of all the engineers working on the site.

Mr. Arvind Gondalia

Materials Manager

He joined the business in 1997, establish departmental goals and objectives that provide world class material performance to the organization. Analyze reports measurements and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous organizational improvements.
